The Indian Cricket Team are on a three-match T20I series tour of Zimbabwe The bilateral series kick-started on July 23 and saw the visitors starting the series on a high. After seven winless games, India finally registered a win in the T20I format. The Shreyas Iyer-led side beat Zimbabwe in the first T20I by seven wickets at the Harare Sports Club in Harare
Put into bat, Zimbabwe had a worst possible start to their innings as Brian Bennett lost his wicket on the first ball. Soon after that, Dion Myers, Ben Curran and Sikandar Raza got out as the hosts were left reeling at 32 for four. With the team under pressure, Ryan Burl (26) and Wessly Madhevere (39) tried to bail their side out of trouble with their handy knocks.
However, they couldn’t carry on for long. Tadiwanashe Marumani (27*) came up with a vital hand as Zimbabwe posted 125 for seven. For India, Mayank Yadav and Prince Yadav picked two wickets each.
Although India lost Abhishek Sharma early, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (50) stole the limelight with his half-century in just 18 balls, becoming the youngest to achieve the feat. He almost broke the back of the chase with his innings.
Ishan Kishan (35) and Shreyas Iyer (28*) then did the unfinished job as India chased the target with seven wickets in hand.

Zee Entertainment to broadcast ZIM vs IND second T20I in India
The broadcasting rights for the series between Zimbabwe and India are shared between Zee Entertainment and FanCode. While FanCode will live stream the matches on its digital platforms for the Indian audience, Zee will broadcast them on television through its newly launched Unite8 Sports channel. The audience will also be able to watch the series on DD Sports through the Free Dish platforms.
