Vaibhav Sooryavanshi impressed with his performance in the Indian Premier League 2026. The left-handed batsman finished as the highest run-scorer for Rajasthan Royals with 776 runs in 16 games at a strike rate of 237.
The RR opener also slammed one century and five half-centuries in the tournament, including two 90+ scores in the playoffs. With his aggressive batting style, he provided blistering starts to RR in many games.
Moreover, he also played match-winning knocks in a few games and impressed with his ability to take on international bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah, Pat Cummins, and Josh Hazlewood.
With his help, Rajasthan Royals made it to the playoffs and reached Qualifier 2, where they lost to Gujarat Titans by seven wickets. Following his IPL 2026 heroics, Sooryavanshi has been shortlisted for a crucial international campaign.
