The ICC has updated Virat Kohli’s highest-ever T20I Ratings to 909.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has updated Virat Kohli’s highest-ever T20I ratings to 909 points. This means that he has become the first player to achieve more than 900 ratings points across all three formats. Kohli’s highest ratings points in tests and ODIs are 937 and 911 points, respectively.

Notably, Kohli has retired from tests and T20Is. After India won the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 last year in June, he pulled down the curtains on his T20I career. Ahead of India’s tour of England 2025, the right-hander announced his retirement from tests. He is only active in ODIs.

In the latest ICC rankings, Kohli grabs the fourth spot in the ODI rankings for batsmen with 736 rating points. He was last seen in action in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, where his team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), won the title by defeating Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the final.

The right-handed batsman slammed 31 fifties and 30 centuries, including seven double centuries. Kohli retired as the fourth-highest run-scorer for India in tests after Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, and Sunil Gavaskar. He will be next seen in the white-ball series against Australia in October.

India will tour Australia in October for a three-match ODI and five-match T20I series. Kohli is highly expected to be part of India’s squad. Rohit Sharma is the current ODI skipper.
