CSK captain MS Dhoni has enjoyed a huge crowd support even in away games in the IPL 2023.

Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni is one of the greatest superstars in Indian cricket. His popularity is immense in India. Wherever CSK play a game, crowd come in large numbers to support their home team along with MS Dhoni. Chennai Super Kings are playing against Delhi Capitals at Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium in Delhi. This is Chennai and Delhi's last league game of the IPL 2023. CSK are comfortably sitting second on the points table. Delhi fans have come in large numbers to support Delhi Capitals and also India’s favourite son MS Dhoni. MS Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat first, in a rare moment at the toss he had to signal his decision with hand gesture due to the noisy Delhi crowd, who were cheering for the CSK captain. 

Noisy Delhi crowd came in to support MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni and David Warner came in for the toss and as usual, the crowd made a lot of noise every time Dhoni featured on the big screen or Danny Morrison took his name. MS Dhoni called correctly in the toss and the crowd again went mad. Danny Morrison first asked the crowd to be more loud and then he again asked to calm down in his usual fashion. In between he acted as if he was unable to hear anything, Morrison then asked MS Dhoni by using hand gestures, and MS Dhoni then also replied with a hand gesture as he decided to bat first against Delhi.

Delhi Capitals captain David Warner is playing his 100th T20 game as captain. In the toss, he said that he will try to spoil Chennai's party. Delhi defeated Punjab Kings in their last game to knock them out of the tournament. Chennai captain MS Dhoni thought that the pitch may go slower as the game progresses and thus he decided to come in and bat first. Chennai will look to win against Delhi and secure 2nd place in the points table. MS Dhoni enjoyed great support in every ground Chennai played in the IPL 2023.
