Two-time world T20I champions West Indies have dominated the group stage of the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The West Indies are also the co-hosts of the ongoing tournament. Under the leadership of Rovman Powell, the Men in Maroon have been fluent in their wins so far.

Placed in Group C, the hosts started their T20 World Cup 2024 campaign with a five-wicket victory over Papua New Guinea. Then, West Indies crushed Uganda by 134 runs and hammered the Kane Williamson-led New Zealand by 13 runs, which booked their place in the Super Eight stage of the ongoing prestigious tournament.

In the next dozen days, the hosts will look to get their hands on their third men’s T20 World Cup trophy.
