What time will IND vs AFG ODI series start?

Three ODIs will take place in the IND vs AFG series.

India and Afghanistan are set to square off in an ODI series. Both sides will clash in three ODI games starting June 13. The first ODI will be played on June 13 at Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala.

The second encounter will take place on June 17 at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, while the final clash will be played on June 20 at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Afghanistan’s 2026 tour of India will conclude with the third ODI; a Test match was also played during the tour.

India defeated Afghanistan by an innings and 300 runs in the Test match, which concluded within three days. Batting first, Shubman Gill & Co. piled up 564/8d in the first innings. They bowled out the opposition for 152 and 112 in the next two innings after enforcing a follow-on.

Manav Suthar, who made his international debut in the clash, bagged the Player of the Match award. He clinched seven wickets in the encounter, including a six-wicket haul in the first innings. India registered the record for their biggest-ever victory in Test cricket by a margin of runs.

Now, they will also aim for a victory in the ODI series. Notably, the IND vs AFG one-off test took place from morning to evening. The Test match was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, the ODI matches will not start in the morning.

IND vs AFG ODI games to start at 1:30 PM IST

Notably, all three ODIs between India and Afghanistan will commence at 1:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time), with the toss taking place at 1 PM.

In Afghanistan, the match will start at 12:30 PM (AFT), with the toss taking place at 12:00 PM.

Meanwhile, only four ODI matches have been played between India and Afghanistan so far; India have won three, and one match ended in a tie.

The Men in Blue will aim to keep their winning record alive in the upcoming campaign. On the other hand, the Afghan side will look for their first-ever ODI victory against India.
