India will play a two-match T20I series against Ireland.
India are scheduled to tour Ireland (IND vs IRE) after the ODI series against Afghanistan. They are slated to play two T20Is against Ireland, followed by a five-match series against England.
Shreyas Iyer has been named the new T20I captain, replacing T20 World Cup-winning captain Suryakumar Yadav. Tilak Varma has been named as his deputy.
T20I regulars such as Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, Shivam Dube and Arshdeep Singh continue to be a part of the squad. Harshit Rana stages his comeback to the T20 side after an injury layoff.
The IPL sensations Vaibhav Sooryavanshi and Prince Yadav have earned their maiden T20 call-ups. The wonderkid scored 776 runs in the IPL 2026 with a strike rate of 237. He was the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament along with bagging the Orange Cap.
On the other hand, Prince had his breakthrough IPL season with 16 wickets to his name. Ravi Bishnoi and Nitish Kumar Reddy are the other players included in the squad after their IPL heroics.
Prasidh Krishna replaced Mohammed Siraj in the squad to manage his workload. Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah have not been picked for the side. As the team gears up for the series, Indian fans have been given another reason to be excited. The timing of the series has been announced.

The T20I series between India and Ireland is scheduled to start at 6 PM IST. The two matches are slated for 26th and 28th June, both to be played in Belfast.
