India will play T20I and ODI series against England.
The Indian cricket team will take on England in a three-match ODI series in July. The matches will be played in Birmingham, Cardiff and London (Lord’s) on 14th, 16th and 19th July, respectively.
Shubman Gill and Co. will play a home ODI series against Afghanistan in June and West Indies in late September. The Indian team will tour England in July and then travel to New Zealand for a three-format series in November.
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced India’s squad for the forthcoming T20I series against Ireland and England on Saturday, June 6. The BCCI also announced the squad for the Asian Games. However, they have postponed the squad announcement for the ODI series against England.

According to a report by SportsNow, India’s squad for the ODI series against England will be announced in the latter part of the Afghanistan series, as confirmed by BCCI President Devajit Saikia.
Before England, India will play Afghanistan in a three-match ODI series starting from June 13. Shubman Gill will lead the side, with Shreyas Iyer named as the vice-captain. Harsh Dubey, Gurnoor Brar and Prince Yadav earned their maiden India call-ups for this series.
Injury concerns have arisen for India as the veterans Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have sustained hamstring injuries ahead of the series. On Saturday, the chief selector confirmed that Virat Kohli has been ruled out of the series due to injury and Yashasvi Jaiswal replaced him in the ODI squad.
Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya got fitness clearance from the BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) on June 6. On the other hand, Rohit Sharma is set to report to the BCCI CoE for fitness clearance to be available for Afghanistan ODIs.
When the chief selector was asked whether Virat would be available for the ODI series against England, he said that he hopes Virat will be fine by then, but nothing can be confirmed as of now.
