India and Australia are set to square off in three ODI games from October 19 to 25.

The battleground is set for India’s tour of Australia 2025 and both sides are pulling their socks up for an exciting campaign. Indian Cricket Team will clash with the hosts Australian Cricket Team in a three-match ODI and five-match T20I series during the tour.

The ODI series will commence on October 19 with the opening game at Perth Cricket Stadium in Perth. The next game will be played at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide on October 23, while the last game is scheduled to take place on October 25 at Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney.

While India will be led by their new ODI captain Shubman Gill, Australia will be captained by Mitchell Marsh in the absence of Pat Cummins. Recovering from a back injury, Cummins has been ruled out of both series. The series will also mark batting legends Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli’s return to the national team, having last played for India during ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in March.

While Australia will aim to dominate the visitors with the home advantage, the Shubman Gill-led side will bank on their recent success in Asia Cup 2025 and unbeaten record during ICC Champions Trophy 2025, where they also outplayed Australia in the semi-final in Dubai.
