India will look to bounce back after the series draw against West Indies.
The Men in Blue have a busy cricket schedule ahead as they prepare for their next overseas tour. The team recently played a five-match T20I series against West Indies at home. Both teams won two matches each, and the series decider was called off.
The last match was played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. India scored 118 runs for five wickets in just 7.4 overs before rain stopped the game. Ishan Kishan scored 30 off 10 balls, while Naman Dhir remained unbeaten on 24 off six balls.
Rain stopped India from winning the series. It also ended India’s record of winning 12 T20I series in a row at home. The team will now turn their attention to their upcoming tour of New Zealand, which will feature matches across all three formats.

India’s next T20I series will be against New Zealand, starting on October 22, 2026. The two teams will play five matches, with the final T20I scheduled for November 1. The first match will take place at Hagley Oval in Christchurch. The game will start at 12:30 PM IST.
The Men in Blue will look to start the series with a win after the 2-2 draw against West Indies. The tour will also give the players a chance to adjust to New Zealand’s conditions before the ODI and Test matches.
