Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) will be played entirely in Bengaluru and Delhi.
The upcoming season of Women’s Premier League (WPL 2024) is set to commence on 23rd February. A total of five teams will take part in the WPL 2024. WPL 2024 will host 22 games across two venues in India. Bengaluru and New Delhi will host the entire WPL 2024. M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru will host the first leg of the tournament, while New Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium will host the second leg along with the eliminator and final. The final of the tournament will be played on 17th March.
Defending champions Mumbai Indians will take on last year’s runners-up Delhi Capitals in the opening clash of the season on February 23 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Harmanpreet Kaur-led Mumbai Indians defeated Meg Lanning’s Delhi Capitals by the seven wickets in the WPL 2023 final.
