WPL 2025 auction: Who are the players with highest base price?

The WPL 2025 auction is scheduled to take place on December 15.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the player list for Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 auction, scheduled to take place on December 15 in Bengaluru.

Out of the total 120 registered players, 91 are Indians and the rest are overseas, including three players from associate nations. With just 19 slots available across five teams, including a maximum of five overseas players, the franchises will aim to build balanced squads for the next season.

Gujarat Giants will enter the auction with the highest purse of INR 4.4 crores, whereas Delhi Capitals, runners-up in both editions so far, will have the smallest purse of INR 2.5 crores.

The highest base price bracket for the shortlisted players is INR 50 lakhs, while the next big slab is INR 30 lakhs. On that note, let’s take a look at the players who will enter the auction with highest base price.
