"I hope this film inspires others" Yuvraj Singh announces biopic

Yuvraj Singh said he is deeply honoured to see his biopic showcased to millions of fans across the globe.
Legendary Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh‘s biopic has been announced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and co-produced by Ravi Bhagchandka. The director, actor, and other cast of the project on Yuvraj’s biopic are yet to be finalized.
This biopic will pay a grand tribute to Singh’s illustrious journey on and off the field, including his six sixes in the 2007 T20 World Cup, winning performances in the 2011 World Cup, and his courageous off-field battle with cancer.
Bhushan Kumar, who has made a spate of blockbuster films, said that he is excited to bring out the inspiring journey of Yuvraj on the big screen.
“Yuvraj Singh’s life is a compelling narrative of resilience, triumph, and passion. His journey from a promising cricketer to a cricketing hero, and then to a hero in real life, is truly inspiring. I’m thrilled to bring a story that needs to be told and heard through the big screen and to celebrate his extraordinary achievements,” Bhushan Kumar said.

The legendary all-rounder Yuvraj expressed his emotions regarding his biopic. The great Indian cricketer feels that his biopic will inspire people to overcome hurdles in their lives.
“I’m deeply honoured that my story will be showcased to millions of my fans across the globe by Bhushan and Ravi. Cricket has been my greatest love and source of strength through all the highs and lows. I hope this film inspires others to overcome their own challenges and pursue their dreams with unwavering passion,” the former India all-rounder said.
Yuvraj played 40 tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is for the Indian cricket team. The former all-rounder amassed 1900 runs in tests, 8701 runs in ODIs and 1177 runs in T20Is in his outstanding international career.
The southpaw played a crucial role in helping the Indian cricket team lift two ICC titles. Then, he had a battle with cancer which he won and made a stunning return to international cricket. Yuvraj retired from international cricket and IPL in 2019.
