Liverpool FC's record signing didn't enjoy a good start to his Premier League campaign. Strong physical presence and speed on the field are enough to highlight the 23-year-old's finesse. Nunez recorded a speed of 36.5 km/hr against West Ham.

He is possibly one of the fastest footballers in 2022, as he has the highest speed in the Premier League this season till now. Also. the Uruguayan striker's lean body type enables him to go past players. Notably, fans know Nunez for outrunning most defenders in the Premier League.

Everton's Anthony Gordon sits second in the Premier League to top the fastest player charts with a speed of 36.61km/h. The 33-year-old was recorded as the fastest player in the Premier League 2022-23. He is getting faster with age and played a crucial role in Manchester City's title-winning season. Kyle Walker was also impressive against Real Madrid's Vinicius Junior in both semi-finals and took City to another final of the Champions League.
