Once the best team in the world (according to FIFA rankings), Belgium has dropped in form quite a bit. Belgium managed to become the best team in the world without even winning a major trophy. The Red Devils is placed in Group F along with Canada, Croatia and Morocco. Belgium is expected to top this group in World Cup 2022 whereas Canada, on the other hand, has qualified for their second World Cup.

The addition of Alphonso Davies can definitely help Canada secure a qualification spot.

A key player for Belgium, Romelu Lukaku is set to miss his first two matches for Belgium. The Inter Milan striker has managed to play for just 29 minutes since August. He is battling with a thigh injury and hence Michy Batshuayi is set to replace him. Kevin De Bruyne is definitely expected to show up. However, Eden Hazard is the big player alongside Kevin who can show up for his nation after struggling for Real Madrid.
