Mumbai City FC dominate the rankings adding shine to a rather dull gameweek.

After the goal-fest in ISL 2022-23 Gameweek 10, Gameweek 11 produced somewhat of a snoozefest. Only nine goals were scored in the week, the second-lowest tally of the season. Odisha FC and ATK Mohun Bagan played out a tight 0-0 stalemate at the Kalinga Stadium while Bengaluru FC returned to winning ways with a 1-0 home win against Jamshedpur FC.

Mumbai City FC continued their undefeated run with a 0-3 hammering of East Bengal FC at the Salt Lake Stadium. FC Goa made it back-to-back wins against Northeast United while the Southern rivals Chennaiyin FC and Kerala Blasters FC played out a 1-1 draw at the Marina Arena to round off the gameweek.

There was not much movement in the league standings apart from Mumbai City FC going top of the league standings. Hyderabad FC moved down to 2nd place while ATK Mohun Bagan, Kerala Blasters, Odisha FC and FC Goa retained the four final playoff spots.

Despite the lack of goals, there were some good performances from certain players who stood out for their sides. So let's take a look at the top five performers from Gameweek 11 in the ISL.

5. Ajith Kumar (Chennaiyin FC)

The right-back impressed on his return to the starting 11 from suspension for Chennaiyin FC. Ajith had 91 touches against Kerala Blasters, the most by any player on the pitch. He completed 74% of his passes and did a good job of keeping Rahul KP and Sahal Abdul Samad quiet on Kerala's left wing for long parts of the game.

Ajith won three tackles, made two clearances and three interceptions and also blocked one shot to help his side gain a point against the Blasters and halt their five-game winning run.

4. Javi Hernandez (Bengaluru FC)

While Danish got the winner for BFC, Javi Hernandez was the beating heart of the Blues against Jamshedpur FC. Hernandez created four chances against the Men of Steel and two of his four shots unluckily hit the crossbar.

The Spaniard had the most touches by any player in the game (72) and completed 82% of his passes. He won both his attempted tackles and made a clearance and interception respectively.

3. Edu Bedia (FC Goa)

The Spaniard put in a virtuoso performance in his comeback to the FC Goa lineup against NorthEast United. Edu Bedia led his side to a 2-1 win over the Highlanders by scoring the opening goal on the night. He created two chances and once again bossed the midfield with 100 touches on the ball.

Bedia completed 91% of his 87 attempted passes and was also fouled thrice as the NorthEast players struggled to keep up with him. The talismanic midfielder also helped his side out defensively with two clearances and an interception.

2. Greg Stewart (Mumbai City FC)

The Scotsman continued to dazzle with another superb display against East Bengal FC. Stewart assisted the first goal for Apuia Ralte and scored the second to put the game beyond the reach of Stephen Constantine's men. The defending Player of the League award winner had three shots on target and two of his shots were blocked.

He made 88 touches on the ball, the fourth-highest by any player on the night. Stewart completed 84% of his 69 attempted passes and created one chance on the night. The East Bengal players couldn't keep up with his quality fouling him thrice in the game and Stewart also won two tackles to help his side defensively.

1. Lalengmawia 'Apuia' Ralte (Mumbai City FC)

The young midfielder continued his impressive exploits with a brace against East Bengal. Apuia produced an all-round performance to lead his side to their fifth win in a row. Apart from his two goals, Ralte created one chance, made 63 touches on the ball and completed 88% of his passes. Defensively, he also made two clearances to help his team keep only their fourth clean sheet of the season.
