Hello and welcome to the live blog of the FIFA World Cup 2022 group stage game between Serbia and Switzerland.

Switzerland and Serbia are on the hunt for a Round of 16 berths as they approach the final game of the group stage of World Cup 2022. Switzerland currently occupies the second spot but a loss against Serbia can shatter dreams of knockouts. Serbia on the other hand are bottom of the table but they have been really impressive in all games so far.

Serbia bottled against Cameroon after taking a 3-1 lead which could backfire against them going into the final clash. Their defence needs to step up and especially against a fierce attack like Switzerland, they need to be in their top form to nullify them. A win can see them through to the Round of 16 if other results favour them.
