4. Alex Morgan

Alex Morgan is regarded as one of the world's top female football players. Several factors make her a strong candidate for the FIFA Women's Best award. Also, she has been an integral member of the U.S. women's national team, contributing to their 2020 Olympic gold medal victory. Morgan is renowned for her goal-scoring prowess, and for both her club and her country, she has consistently been among the top goal scorers.Firstly, Alex Morgan is considered a leader on and off the field, and the 2019 World Cup-winning USWNT squad included her as a co-captain.Secondly, Morgan is a role model for young girls and women, and her success on the field has increased the popularity of women's soccer. She has performed admirably for many years and has been a regular member of the greatest team in the world for many years. However,Alex Morgan might be a great contender for the FIFA Women's Best Award.

3. Aitana Bonmati

Spanish soccer player Aitana Bonmati. She plays midfield for Spain and FC Barcelona Femenino. Aitana is a rising Spanish football talent. She joined the national team in 2017. She was MVP of Barcelona's 2021 UEFA Women's Champions League win. Also, her technical skills, vision, and midfield management are praised. However, Bonmati was important to Barca's victory last season, and she may be the third finalist for the honour. However, Spain's defeat in the quarterfinals of the Euros may work against Bonmati, considering that these awards frequently include the results of important international events, despite the fact that Bonmati performed admirably during the competition.

2. Beth Mead

Beth Mead has routinely been among the best goal-scorers in the FA Women's Super League due to her exceptional goal-scoring abilities. She has been an important member of the England national squad since 2016 as well. In 2018, she was also named the PFA Women's Players' Player of the Year. She could be a contender for the FIFA Women's Best Award. Mead won Euro 2022 in addition to the Golden Ball and Golden Boot trophies, scoring six goals and registering five assists in just six games. Prior to it, the winger enjoyed a tremendous season at Arsenal, but without any trophies.

1. Alexia Putellas

Alexia Putellas is the favorite for this award after defending her Ballon d'Or award and leading Barcelona to the league title, Copa de la Reina trophy, and Champions League final in 2021-22. She sustained a horrific ACL injury on the brink of the Euros, but this honour only considers the 2021-22 season, thus she was out for just over a month. Because of her injuries, Putellas missed the Euros, when Mead, who was considered to be her closest opponent for this award, thrived. Also, she is widely regarded as one of Spain's top midfielders. Also, she has been recognised for her technical abilities, vision, and control in the midfield.
