The race for the Premier League has become much more intense now. Over the past two seasons, we have seen Pep Guardiola and his former assistant Mikel Arteta pushing each other to the limits for the coveted Premier League title. The Cityzens however ended with the league title on both occasions.

Once again we see Arteta pushing the accelerator for the title in the 2024-25 season. When it comes to head-to-head between these two clubs, Arsenal lead the race with more wins. But under Pep’s guidance, Manchester City have given a really tough time to Arsenal and have often dominated them.

Manchester City and Arsenal will be facing each other in their next Premier League match. The match will decide whether City reduce the points gap with the London side or the Gunners will further their lead. Previously, they just faced each other in the month of September, 2024, in a Premier League clash which saw both teams settle for a 2-2 draw.

Since then, Arsenal have played many games and are now six points ahead of the Guardiola’s men. The next match against City will be a home clash and the Gunners would not be looking to upset their fans.
