5. Stan Pearson (Manchester United) – 8

He assisted United in winning the 1948 FA Cup (scoring in the championship game) and the 1952 league title. 1953 saw his retirement. 4. Sandy Turnbull (Manchester United) – 9
Together with Billy Meredith, Herbert Burgess, and Jimmy Bannister, Turnbull departed for City's crosstown rivals Manchester United. He assisted Meredith in leading the team to their first title in 1908 and their first FA Cup in 1909, scoring the game-winning goal against Bristol City in the latter event. He would hit 27 goals in 25 games in 1908 alone. Turnbull scored the first goal ever at Old Trafford on February 19, 1910, during a 4-3 loss to Liverpool, but later grabbed nine goals breaking Pearson's record.
3. George Wall (Manchester United) – 9
He joined Manchester United in 1906, where he assisted with winning the 1908 and 1911 league championships as well as the 1909 FA Cup. Because of the Great War, he departed the club in 1915. He played 287 games for United, the only club where he had the most playing time, and he was a hero in the United vs. Liverpool match, scoring nine goals against the Reds.
