The forward scored his inaugural LaLiga goal on May 12, 2019, at the age of 19 years and 282 days, in a match where Real Madrid lost 3-1 to Real Sociedad. Diaz's transfer to Real Madrid from Manchester City was completed in 2019, but he only managed to play 21 matches for the team before being loaned out to AC Milan in 2020. Since joining AC Milan on loan, Diaz has been playing for them.
9. Gonzalo Higuain (19 years 279 days)
At 19 years and 279 days, Higuain scored his debut LaLiga goal on February 24, 2007, versus Atletico Madrid. He transferred from River Plate to Real Madrid in 2007 and remained with them until 2013, scoring a total of 121 goals in 264 appearances for the club out of which 107 goals were in LaLiga. He left the club and joined Napoli in 2013.
8. Achraf Hakimi (19 years 35 days)
Hakimi netted his debut LaLiga goal against Sevilla on December 9, 2017, when he was 19 years and 35 days old. He began his youth career at Real Madrid and made his professional debut in 2017. Despite spending three years with the club, he only managed to play 17 matches before departing to join Inter Milan. During the period from 2018 to 2020, he was loaned out to Dortmund.

At the age of 18 years and 307 days, the midfielder scored his inaugural LaLiga goal against Celta de Vigo on September 12, 2021. He joined Real Madrid in the same year and has since played 81 matches for the club, establishing himself as one of the best young midfielders in the world. Over the years, he established himself as one of the best defenders in the world, featuring in 360 matches for Real Madrid and winning numerous LaLiga and Champions League titles. He left the club in 2021 and joined Manchester United.

At 17 years and 131 days old, Raul scored his debut LaLiga goal against Atletico Madrid on November 5, 1994. He joined Real Madrid that same year and went on to play 741 matches for the club, scoring an impressive 323 goals. However, in 2010, he left the club to join Schalke. While he was a part of Real Madrid, he was regarded as one of the club's top players.
1. Alberto Rivera (17 years 114 days)
At just 17 years and 114 days old, Rivera became the youngest player to score a LaLiga goal for the club when he netted against Celta de Vigo on June 10, 1995. Although he began his career in Real Madrid's youth team, he made his professional debut for the club in 1995. Despite mostly playing for the reserve team, he did manage to make 9 appearances for the main team. However, he eventually left the club and joined Levante in 2002.
