Bavarians are looking for their eleventh title consecutively this season.

The Bavarians shockingly sacked Julian Nagelsmann on Thursday night and appointed Thomas Tuchel. In the past, Bayern Munich has been guided to both short-term and long-term victories by a number of exceptional managers. with individuals like Guardiola, Ancelotti, and numerous others. Bayern Munich have won ten Bundesliga titles consecutively and are once again leading the table for another one. In this article, we rank the top five coaches that led their Bundesliga clubs to the most points.

5. Niko Kovac: 2.18

The person who was chosen to succeed Heynckes after his fourth and, theoretically, last stint in leadership was Kovac. After helping Eintracht Frankfurt defeat Bayern in the DFB Cup final, he led the Munich side to a domestic double in his lone full season. The former Croatia manager's career came to an end after a crushing 5-1 loss against his previous team.

4. Julian Naglesmann: 2.19

In April 2021, Bayern recruited Nagelsmann away from RB Leipzig to replace the departing Hansi Flick, and he guided them to their tenth straight Bundesliga championship last season.

Bayern are suffering by their norms in domestic play, behind Tuchel's old team Borussia Dortmund by a place in the rankings and only four points ahead of third-place Union Berlin despite having advanced to the quarterfinals of the Champions League this season.

3. Carlo Ancelotti: 2.38

Ancelotti, a three-time Champions League winner, was hired to accomplish what Pep Guardiola had fallen short of fulfilment: return Bayern to the top of Europe. The minimum goal for his first season was to win the Bundesliga, but losing to Real Madrid in the quarterfinals of the European Championship fell short of what was expected. After only 15 months, the Italian's career came to an end with a 3-0 loss against Paris Saint-Germain in the group stage the next year.

2. Hansi Flick: 2.45

The most accomplished manager in Bayern's more than 120-year history may very well be Flick. He had three games remaining before stepping down and being replaced by Nagelsmann, and he now has the greatest winning percentage (81.9%) of any manager who has overseen more than five matches in a stint. Flick, who was initially hired on a temporary basis, became just the second manager to guide Bayern to the treble of the Bundesliga, DFB Cup, and UEFA Champions League, along with three further victories, in less than a year of service.

1. Pep Guardiola: 2.52

Guardiola, who succeeded Heynckes as a treble-winning coach, had extremely large shoes to fill, just as Nagelsmann does right now. Yet the former Barcelona manager adapted to the Bundesliga like a duck to freshwater, even demonstrating his command of the language right away, and he ruled the league for all three of its seasons.

The Bavarians completed their domestic triple with two DFB Cup victories, but the Champions League was out of reach after three semi-final defeats to Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Real. Nonetheless, he departed Munich with the biggest victory percentage for FCB (77.11%) and the longest streak of any manager in Bundesliga history (2.52 points per game).
