Ratings: Harry Sawyer and Farukh Choudhary help confident Jamshedpur defeat Gokulam
Jamshedpur FC won their third match in a row by defeating Gokulam 3-2.
In an entertaining game of football, Jamshedpur FC defeated Gokulam Kerala FC to clinch their third consecutive win in the Super Cup. The match was a seesaw battle in which both sides held the lead for a period and finally, Ishan Pandita score the winner for Jamshedpur. With this win, the side is through to the knockout stages of the tournament.

Vishal had a mixed game. Made a few good saves to prevent Gokulam from scoring many despite conceding twice.
PC Laldinpuia - 6.5
Had a good game. Made a number of forward runs throughout to support his team’s attack. Needed to be more alert in his defensive duties.
Mohammad Uvais - 6.0
Uvais had a mixed game as his side conceded twice from the middle. Apart from the instances of the goals, looked sturdy and composed. Blocked a goal-bound shot from Noufal.
Jitendra Singh - 7.0
Jitendra played well and provided stability to his side. Made a number of crucial defensive contributions to keep Gokulam’s attackers at bay.
Pronoy Halder - 7.0
Was subbed off in the first half due to an injury. Was looking good throughout the first half.
Germanpreet Singh - 7.5
One of the better players for Jamshedpur. Provided the assist for his side’s first goal. Created numerous problems for Gokulam through his passing.
Seimenlen Doungel - 7.0
Matched his fellow midfielders to create good attacks down the middle of the park. Combined well with the attackers.
Komal Thatal - 5.0
Looked lively throughout and roamed all over the pitch. Created many problems for Gokulam.
Farukh Chowdhary - 8.0
Another player to have a good day at the office. Scored once and took a free kick that went wide by a whisker. Was lively throughout the game.
Harry Sawyer - 8.5
The best player on the pitch today. Scored once and went close to scoring on many other occasions. Was a constant threat to Gokulam’s defence.
Ishan Pandita - 6.5
Had a mixed game. Missed two glorious chances. Scored once at the end to earn his team a win.
Substitutes
Pratik Chaudhary - 6.0
Came on in place of Pronoy and did his best to compensate for the veteran midfielder. Made important contributions to earn his team the win.
Ritwik Das - 7.5
Was on fire throughout the time he was on the pitch. Assisted Pandita’s goal and came close to scoring himself on many occasions.
Jay Emmanuel Thomas - 5.0
Played for around 25 minutes but was not able to impact the game in the way his coach would have wanted.
Gokulam Kerala FC
Shibinraj - 7.0
Played in the first half and conceded once. Made a few good saves in the first half to keep his team alive in the game. Was subbed off at the crux of halftime.
Pawan Kumar - 5.0
None of Gokulam’s defenders was up to the task today, including Pawan Kumar. Looked shaky at times. Had to be more focused on dealing with Jamshedpur attackers.
Mohammed Jasim - 5.5
Jasim had a bad game as his defence conceded thrice. Had to do better in all the instances of JFC’s goals.
Aminou Bouba - 6.0
Should have done better to prevent Sawyer’s goal. Was not able to display his A-game.
Vikas - 6.0
Made good contributions in the attack, especially in the first half. Lacked accuracy in his defensive duties.
Shilton D’Silva - 5.5
Had a decent game in the attack, but was not able to contribute much to aid his side’s defence.
Julian Omar Ramos - 6.0
Similar to Shilton, Ramos too had a bad day at the office. Was not able to contribute much to aid his side’s defence against the formidable attackers of Jamshedpur.
Farshad Noor - 7.0
Had a decent game as he was able to stitch a few forward passes. Created some problems for Jamshedpur. But was not able to show consistency throughout the game.
Samuel Konney - 8.0
The best player for Gokulam with two goals. Made numerous attacking contributions throughout the game. Was a constant threat.
Sreekuttan VS - 7.5
Another player with a decent day at the office. Looked lively for the majority of the game, especially in the first half. Showed quick feet to create some problems.

Assisted Samuel’s first goal. Played very well in the first half. Was subbed off late into the game.
