Top three Brazilian youngsters who impressed at U-17 Sudamericana 2023

The tournament takes place every two years
The 19th iteration of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana Sub-17, an international junior football competition held every two years for the men's under-17 national teams of South America, was the South American U-17 Cup in 2023. It took place in Ecuador from March 30 to April 23, 2023.
After being postponed for four years in 2021 by the COVID-19 epidemic, the South American U-17 Tournament was finally held again in 2022.
The competition served as the CONMEBOL qualifying round for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, much as previous editions. The top four teams earned spots as CONMEBOL members at the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup. Here are the top three Brazilian youngsters who impressed at the U17 Sudamerican 2023:
Dudu (Athletico)

Dudu, who was born in So Vicente, Sao Paulo, graduated from Santos Youth. After participating twice with the B-team in the Copa Paulista the year before, he signed an extension of three years with Athletico Paranaense on January 9, 2019.
He was chosen by Brazil U17, where he had an exceptional tournament, contributing to six assists and scoring three himself.
Rayan (Vasco)
Rayan, a Rio de Janeiro native, joined Vasco da Gama when he was six years old. By the time he was eleven years old, he had made a reputation for himself as a highly productive goal scorer, scoring 280 goals. He carried over this record to Vasco's under-17 squad in 2022, scoring 29 goals in 34 games and drawing Barcelona's attention.
For exhibitions against Chile and Paraguay in 2022, Rayan was selected for the Brazil under-17 team. He tallied twice in four games. He registered five goals and two assists at the U17 Sudamerican tournament.
Kaua Elias (Fluminense)

In January 2023, Elias received his initial call-up to the Brazil under-17 squad. He was subsequently called up once more for the 2023 South American U-17 Championship. In the opening match against Ecuador, he scored twice, but his team ultimately drew the match 2-2.
He was also selected for the U17 Sudamerican competition, where he performed admirably in all of the matches. Elias finished the tournament on a high note by scoring five goals and dishing out one assist.
