Lionel Messi’s salary breakdown if he joins Al Hilal
How much will the Argentine star earn if he joins the Saudi side?
With the contract between the Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and Lionel Messi coming to an end and the talks for an extension between both the parties not showing any positive result, we can hope for a change in clubs for the Argentinean in the coming summer transfer window.
With rumours of bringing him back to the Camp Nou to joining Inter Miami, there are a lot of offers that have been served to the seven time Ballon d’Or winner.
According to reports, Al Hilal SFC which is one of the biggest clubs in the Saudi Pro League has offered a lucrative deal of more than €400m/year for Messi. If Lionel Messi accepts the offer, he would sign 'the biggest contract' in the history of football and he would surpass Cristiano Ronaldo’s €200m/year deal which he signed when he joined the Saudi side Al Nassr back in December 2022.
Messi will earn €13 per second, €772 per minute, €46,296 per hour, €1,111,111 per day, €8,333,333 per week, €33,333,333 per month and a total of €400,000,000 per year if the deal goes through.
But rumours suggest Lionel Messi's priority is staying in Europe and doesn’t want to leave at this moment of his career. Barcelona are already trying to send a bid but are now waiting for the financial approval to open talks.
It is just a matter of time for us to see if Messi goes back to the Catalan Giants or to just witness the rivalry again between two of the greatest players who graced the game on the same stage if Messi goes to Saudi.
