Neymar could leave PSG following fan unrest in front of his home
Neymar Jr, the top player for Paris Saint-Germain, continues to be linked to a summer departure since Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president, is rumoured to be preferring younger players going forward.
Due to his transfer from Barcelona to PSG in 2017, the Brazil international is still the most valuable player in the long history of the sport. His current contract at the Parc des Princes runs through 2025.
Several teams, including Manchester United and Chelsea, have been rumoured to be interested in signing the superstar. Knowing what he has previously said about English football, his next step is still undetermined.
Since arriving in Paris, Neymar has missed several games due to injuries, including numerous ankle and metatarsal problems. He now has an ankle injury from falling in a challenge with Benjamin Andre during a win over Lille in February.

PSG tightened security measures on Thursday in response to large numbers of fans protesting outside the club this week over what they perceived to be poor management of the Ligue 1 team following the club’s third loss in the previous four home games, against Lorient on Sunday.
PSG have stepped up security around the club’s offices, the training facility, and Neymar, Messi, and Italian player Marco Verratti’s residences after some fans stated they would not stop their nightly protests.

Neymar’s future is also uncertain since PSG executives plan to continue their approach of avoiding superstars in the future. After the French juggernauts assembled what could best be described as a “Dream Team” in the summer of 2021, this was not how things were supposed to turn out.

However, less than two years later, the initiative seems to have failed, and team cracks are beginning to show.
This summer, PSG will want to part ways with the Brazilian star they signed with such hoopla five and a half years ago for a club and record-breaking amount of £196 million.
