League announces summer and winter transfer dates
The Premier League transfer window for the 2023-23 season will start on June 14 this year. This announcement was made by the league officials, and the transfer window will end on September 1 at 23:00 BST. The summer transfer window is a crucial time for all the teams.
The dates for the window transfer window have also been announced. This window will open on 1st January 2024 and close on 1st February at 23:00 BST. These dates have been confirmed with Europe's other big league.
The summer transfer window is considered more important than the winter transfer window. Recruitment during the summer allows the player to settle well into the team. Erling Haaland made a move to Manchester City in the previous summer transfer window. He proved to be a differential in City's title run. Nottingham Forest added 23 new players to their squad on their return to the Premier League.
A lot of players have been attracted to the Premier League in the past few seasons. Now as the dates are announced, the teams will be aware of making their next move.
