PSG ready to offer Neymar to Manchester City in exchange for Bernardo Silva

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are on the lookout to swap Neymar for Manchester City's Bernardo Silva. The Ligue 1 giants wants a straightforward trade without any financial exchange as they prepare to rebuild their team.

Neymar is expected to leave PSG this summer and is eager to play in the Premier League, according to a report in SPORT. PSG has made the Brazilian available to Manchester City in an effort to give him his request.

Bernardo Silva, a player who has acknowledged it is time to depart the Citizens, is what the French champions are seeking in exchange. Although Barcelona has been mentioned in connection with the Portuguese star, PSG is desperate to sign him.

Neymar has also been made available to Chelsea since PSG are not keen on keeping the Brazilian. The Ligue 1 team reportedly attempted to offer him to Real Madrid as well, but Neymar is reportedly unwilling to go to Spain unless he can return to Barcelona.

This summer, PSG are frantically trying to "get rid" of Neymar because they believe the Brazilian to be a troublesome member of the team. Earlier this year, Jonathan Johnson stated on PSG Talk that he was the top player the Ligue 1 team was desperate to offload.

Barcelona are also considering Silva, but their main focus this summer is getting Lionel Messi back.

Many English teams are interested in a move. Neymar has previously admitted that he admires Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal. Eddie Howe, the manager of Newcastle, is also rumoured to be drafting an offer.

At the conclusion of the season, Brazilian may have his pick of the group given that each side has expressed interest.

Manchester United, it is believed, have the greatest genuine interest in Neymar. This summer, the Red Devils are planning to strengthen their front line.

A deal, though, depends on how the takeover drama plays out; Sheikh Jassim is the individual vying to get Neymar to Old Trafford.
