"The Kerala Blasters management approached me and entrusted me with the role of being the bridge between the young players and the senior team. It has been nearly three years since I became a part of the Kerala Blasters family. Throughout this time, I have wholeheartedly dedicated myself to my work with the team," said Purushothaman, reminiscing on his journey with the club.
He began his tenure as the head coach of the reserve team, where he poured his heart into nurturing young talents. His dedication and contributions to player development led to his promotion to the coveted position of Assistant Coach for the Senior Team.

The crucial aspect is utilizing funds wisely, ensuring that every penny is allocated purposefully, leading to favorable outcomes. Every club should emphasize meticulous financial planning and prioritize the club's sustainability," he stressed, underlining the significance of investing in the right places to achieve positive results.
He advocates for careful planning and prudent financial management at every football club, with a focus on the club's long-term sustainability.

T. G. Purushothaman also had words of admiration for the Polish coach Tomasz Tchorz, who has been associated with Kerala Blasters since 2020. As the head coach of reserves and the head of youth development, Tchorz has been instrumental in implementing innovative ideas and European systems in the youth setup.
"Tomasz Tchorz is a talented young coach with a wealth of innovative ideas, a solid coaching philosophy, and exceptional technical skills. We've shared many insights and learned from each other during our time together.
He is dedicated to implementing the European system into the youth setup here, and there's no doubt that he is a valuable asset to Kerala Blasters," praises Purushothaman.
