Bayern Munich reach personal agreement with Kyle Walker

The Bundesliga champions have offered a two-year contract to Manchester City's right-back

As per the report, Bayern Munich have now reached a personal agreement with Kyle Walker, and now the only task is to make Manchester City agree to a fee for the right-back's exit.

Manchester City presented the right-back with a two-year contract extension. Walker, who spent six years at City before earning the treble, is willing to leave, though.

Additionally, according to Florian Plettenberg, he has orally agreed to a two-year contract with an additional year's option and might sign with Bayern this summer.

Bayern Munich and Manchester City must now agree on his transfer fee as the next step. That might be challenging because Pep Guardiola reportedly doesn't want to lose Walker. Walker has long desired to play abroad, so the opportunity to join Bayern appeals to him.

Kyle Walker is being sought after by Thomas Tuchel to succeed Benjamin Pavard, who is anticipated to leave the team this summer.

According to reports, the ex-Tottenham player's "defensive qualities, speed, and mentality" are favourites of the German head coach.

Walker is believed to appreciate Tuchel greatly, and he could be able to maintain his role for the Bundesliga champions in the Champions League. Harry Kane, an English teammate, has also been strongly linked with a transfer to the German powerhouses.

With Bayern officials travelling to London this week to talk about a transfer with Daniel Levy, Kane is apparently receptive to the idea.

With a year left on his contract, Kane is believed to be attracted by a move to Germany, according to Bayern, who had sought to do a £60 million deal.

Levy has claimed to Real Madrid that the club's top player is not for sale, despite the fact that he would consider offers above £100 million.
