UEFA Euro U19 2023 Final: Portugal vs Italy: Where and how to watch?

This will be a repeat of the 2018 final

Portugal and Italy will play the UEFA Euro U19 2023 final at the Ta’Qali National Stadium in Malta.

The Portuguese youngsters have reached their 14th final and have four titles to their name. They have lost the most number of finals since the start of the competition. The team won their last championship in 2018.

The Italians have reached their 11th final and won three Euro U19. They have lost seven finals with the recent one being against Portugal in 2018. Italy last won this competition in 2003 and that too against the team they will face in the 2023 final.

Joaquim Milheiro’s men are on a winning run in the tournament. The young guns from Portugal have scored 14 goals and conceded only two. In the group match against Italy, Portugal thrashed them 5-1. In the semifinal, Milheiro’s men won 5-0 against Norway.

Alberto Bollini’s men have had a mixed campaign. They have won two, lost one and drawn one match. The team has scored nine goals and conceded eight. In their semifinal match, the Italians won 3-2 against Spain.

The youngsters from Italy will look to overcome these Portuguese in the final. They were embarrassed in the group match and this will be a perfect opportunity to for them to take their revenge.
