Kylian Mbappe ‘not invited’ to Neymar's PSG farewell party

Reports in France claim that Kylian Mbappe was not invited to Neymar's farewell party at PSG. L'Equipe added that the club captain and Brazilian teammate Marquinhos was present to say goodbye to his friend.

Kylian Mbappe returned to first-team training at PSG as soon as Neymar made it clear about moving to Al-Hilal. This has created a huge controversy because the Frenchman was not even present for the pre-season tour and wanted to leave the club next season.

The whole transfer market in the summer of 2023 was moving around Mbappe. He intended to leave the club once his contract expired in 2024. PSG were worried and listed him in the transfer market.

Mbappe's high market value was one of the worries that the French club had in their mind. Al-Hilal offered a massive contract which the player rejected.

Now Neymar has joined the same club that wished to sign Mbappe.
