Cristiano Ronaldo's son joins Al-Nassr U-15 side despite being just 13 years old
Ronaldo joined the Saudi club in 2022
After moving to Saudi Arabia to join his renowned father, Cristiano Ronaldo's son has joined the Al-Nassr U-15 side despite being just 13 years old.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner relocated to Saudi Arabia in December 2022 and served as the impetus for numerous top-tier additions to the Saudi Pro League.
Cristiano Jr., Ronaldo's oldest child, has reportedly joined the team after his 17 goals in multiple matches for the club.
The 13-year-old participated in the youth academies at Manchester United and Juventus after accompanying his father there.
At Al Nassr, where he will now continue to develop, he will wear the No. 7 jersey that his late father is known for, according to Fabrizio Romano.
He will play two years above his age group and play for the Under 15 team, thus it is apparent that the winners of the Arab Club Champions Cup have big expectations for him.
In the upcoming days, he will begin practising with his new team. Despite being 38 years old, Ronaldo has no immediate plans to retire, and according to sources, he is eager to extend his contract with Al Nassr.
The agreement, which would last until 2027, ensures that he plays throughout his life. As Ronaldo stated in 2019, the boy even aspires to fulfil his dream of playing with his father.
However, Ronaldo is currently 38 years old, therefore it is unclear if he will continue to be active by the time his son is eligible for the first squad.
