Arsene Wenger signs his autobiography for KBFC Academy director Rajah Rizwan

Arsene Wenger came on a four-day trip to India.
The Academy director of Kerala Blasters FC, Rajah Rizwan, recently expressed his delight on Twitter (X) for having the opportunity to meet Arsene Wenger, the Chief of Global Football Development of FIFA, at a FIFA Talent Development Scheme Workshop.
With a photograph in the company of the former Arsenal Manager, Rajah also provided a glimpse of the book "My Life in Red and White” - an autobiography of Wenger, which he got signed by the author himself and wrote, “An unforgettable chapter in my career unfolded yesterday as I attended in the FIFA Talent Development Scheme workshop led by the iconic Arsene Wenger. From being an admirer to standing amidst his wisdom, the experience was nothing short of a dream realised. #Arsene”
Wenger was on a four-day visit to India to facilitate the establishment of the AIFF-FIFA talent academy. As part of his visit, he not only expressed his vision for the development of football in India, but also witnessed the India vs Qatar match at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on November 21.
Additionally, he was present at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the All India Football Federation and the Government of Odisha for the establishment of the AIFF-FIFA Talent Academy at the Odisha Football Academy in Bhubaneswar.
Rajah’s wish for meeting Wenger
In a thread of the tweet, Rajah Rizwan shared a screenshot of a post he had written five years ago in 2018 when Wenger departed from Arsenal. Not only did he convey his eagerness to meet the individual, but he also expressed gratitude for all the memories Wenger had generated for his supporters during his tenure at Arsenal.
He wrote, “One day, somebody asked me whom you want to meet in football and talk for hours. I mentioned Arsene Wenger. The person who made me think a lot and study a lot about football and what is actually happening in the backstage of football. Truly the person who made me pursue my dreams.”
“Good bye Arsene, always wanted to have bright end to your astonishing career at Arsenal. But seems like it aint happening. Thank you once again for all the memories. Kudos,” he added at the end in the post.
