Bino George named new Technical Advisor of GRO Football Academy
George is currently the Assistant Coach and Head Coach of the East Bengal Youth Development Senior and Reserves teams.
Bahrain based GRO Football Academy has appointed Bino George as its new Technical Advisor with the vision of academy’s ongoing commitment to developing young football potential. The innovative academy opened its doors in Bahrain in 2019 and has been unwavering in its mission to help up-and-coming players achieve success on and off the field.
Bino George is an established name in the Indian football oversight who also holds the coveted AFC Pro License and is currently the Assistant Coach and Head Coach of the East Bengal Youth Development Senior and Reserves teams. Bino George’s coaching abilities and management ability have gained him significant acclaim, as proven by East Bengal FC’s decision to renew his contract in May for a long term three year deal. It is still not clear if George will be leaving the Red & Gold brigade as nothing has been officially announced by East Bengal yet.

Bino George’s remarkable accomplishments
The 46-year-old coach from Kerala is known for nurturing new talent and led his state to its eighth Santosh Trophy win in 2022. Under his guidance, East Bengal FC’s development team won the East Zone qualifiers of the recently concluded Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL).
