Toyota have been supporting the Japan Football Association for quite some time now, albeit in different ways.
The Japan Football Association (hereinafter referred to as “JFA”) has signed a new partnership agreement with Toyota Motor Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Toyota”). The contract period is four years, from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027.
Toyota has been supporting the “Dream Classroom” as a supporter of the JFA Kokoro Project since 2015, and in 2017 Toyota entered into a contract with the “JFA Youth & Development Program (JYD)” (currently “JFA Social Value Partner”). With this agreement, we are working to have staff from Toyota dealerships, distributors, and rental and lease stores participate as kids leaders in the JFA Kids Program, which provides on-the-go guidance.
Under this new partnership agreement, under the name JFA Mobility Partner, in addition to the previous JFA Social Value Partners, we will be working with Japan in all categories, including SAMURAI BLUE (Japan National Team) and Nadeshiko Japan (Japan Women’s National Team). The scope of the partnership has been expanded to include the national team and the Emperor’s Cup JFA All-Japan Football Championship, the highest domestic tournament in Japan. We will proceed with value co-creation activities. Together with Toyota, which advocates “Mobility for All”, we hope to create actions that contribute to the creation of a peaceful and better society through soccer.
*Activities that have been conducted since 2003 with the aim of promoting outdoor play and sports for preschool children, and are centered on “traveling guidance,” “festivals,” and “kids leader training.”
