Italian coach Roberto Mancini has officially revealed the 26-man roster for the Saudi Arabian national football team, fondly known as the Green Falcons, as they gear up for the highly anticipated AFC Asian Cup 2023 in Qatar.

As the Green Falcons prepare for the Asian Cup, they are scheduled to play three friendly matches against Lebanon, Palestine, and Hong Kong. These matches serve as crucial opportunities for Mancini to fine-tune his lineup, assess player form, and address any lingering questions before the tournament kicks off.

Mancini’s tenure with the Saudi national team has been marked by a blend of youth development and strategic selection, reflecting his past commitment to forward-looking squads. The AFC Asian Cup campaign will put his coaching acumen to test, as the Green Falcons aim to navigate Group F, competing against Oman, Kyrgyz Republic and Thailand. Their journey begins on January 16 against Oman, followed by clashes with Kyrgyz Republic on January 21 and Thailand on January 25.
