South Korea would look to win the AFC Asian Cup title after 64 years.

The 2023 AFC Asian Cup Qatar, will be the 18th edition of Asia’s biggest and most prestigious football tournament. The tournament involves 24 teams, who have been divided into six groups of four each.

South Korea are yet another heavyweights coming into the AFC Asian Cup.

The team’s face and responsibility will be again on superstar Son Hueng-min. However, South Korea is not only about the individual talents, but their transformation as a team under Jurgen Klinsmann is marvellous. The wealthy Korean nation are approaching the tournament without having conceded a goal in six games and having netted a whopping 20 goals.

South Korea will rely on Hwang Hee-chan, Kang-in-Lee and Son Hueng-min for goals whereas Kim Min-jae will be tasked to lead the backline. The team will look to claim the Asian championship after 64 years.
