AFC Asian Cup 2023 Semi-Final: Jordan vs South Korea – Build-up
The 2023 AFC Asian Cup is about to enter its ultimate stage. The quarter-finals are done and dusted. Iran shocked title favourites Japan and knocked them out of the tournament before Jordan got the better of Tajikistan and South Korea edged past Australia.
South Korea will now face off against the underdogs Jordan in the first semi-final of the 2023 AFC Asian Cup at the Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium. It’s a do-or-die game for either side as a single mistake will bring an end to their campaign.
South Korea come into the game as favourites. However, underestimating Jordan’s latest performances and heroics at the AFC Asian Cup would not be justified. Expect it to be an evenly poised contest.
