ISL 2023-24: Points Table, Most Goals and Most Assists after Match 93, Bengaluru FC vs Hyderabad FC

Sivasakthi Narayanan scored a worldie in the second ISL game of the day.

The Indian Super League (ISL 2023–24) had two matches scheduled on Saturday, February 24. While the first match ended in a tie, the second match saw Bengaluru FC emerge victorious.

In the first match, Odisha FC played out a draw with Mohun Bagan Super Giant at the Kalinga Stadium, with either team failing to find the back of the net. In the subsequent fixture, Bengaluru FC claimed a 2-1 victory over Hyderabad FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium. 

Javi Hernandez netted the first goal for Bengaluru FC in the 71st minute, granting them the lead. Ramhlunchhunga restored parity in the 80th minute, but Sivasakthi Narayanan secured the winning goal for the Blues in the 87th minute.

A brief look at the points table 

Odisha FC remain at the top spot in the ISL 2023-24 table with 32 points from 16 games, while Mumbai City FC are at the second place with 31 points from 15 matches.

After the draw against Odisha FC, Mohun Bagan also remain at the third place with 30 points from 15 matches.

FC Goa are at fourth place with 28 points from 14 matches, followed by Kerala Blasters FC at fifth place with 26 points from 15 matches. 

Jamshedpur FC hold the sixth s apotfter their recent win. They have accumulated 20 points from 17 matches. NorthEast United FC have taken the seventh spot with 19 points from 16 matches. Bengaluru FC have moved to the eighth place after their recent win. They have accumulated 18 points from 17 matches.

East Bengal FC lost a place and are now placed ninth with 15 points from 15 matches. Chennaiyin FC are placed 10th with 15 points from 15 matches, followed by Punjab FC on 11th.

Hyderabad FC remain as the bottom-placed side with just four points from 16 matches.

1. Rafael Schuler Crivellaro (Chennaiyin FC) – 5 assists

2. Lalrinzuala Chhangte (Mumbai City FC) – 4 assists

3. Sahal Abdul Samad (Mohun Bagan) – 4 assists

4. Madih Talal (Punjab FC) – 4 assists

5. Amey Ranawade (Odisha FC) – 4 assists
