Both the ISL games this season between Odisha FC and Mohun Bagan ended in draws.

The clash between the ISL’s two most prolific head coaches ended in a 0-0 draw at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. It was an entertaining game for a neutral as Mohun Bagan and Odisha FC shared spoils for the second time this season.

It was a highly staked fixture for both sides considering the race for the top spot. After this game, Odisha FC remain at the top spot with 32 points while Mohun Bagan sit at third with 30 points (with a game in hand).

The first half had possibly everything that it could offer except for a goal. Both teams went head-to-head in terms of creating chances and troubling each other, but failed to find the back of the net.

Odisha FC had the lion’s share of the ball in the first half and clearly looked the better side.

They had two shots on target while Mohun Bagn had one. The Juggernauts also hit the woodwork late in the first half. Tackles were flying everywhere as the referee awarded 11 free-kicks across the first 45 minutes.

The second half was no different as both sides fought very hard to cause some damage, but couldn’t produce an outcome. Roy Krishna produced an excellent performance against his former side and troubled them a lot.
