After an unbeaten run of five games, Jamshedpur FC have finally lost an ISL game under the tutelage of Khalid Jamil. They escaped past crunch moments in a lot of games and managed to secure points until they came up against Antonio Lopez Habas’ Mohun Bagan.

The Mariners put a huge dent in Jamshedpur’s top-six aspirations with a demolishing 3-0 defeat at home. Dimitrios Petratos opened the scoring early in the game before Jason Cummings and Armando Sadiku netted their share of goals. The Red Miners tried everything in their power, but just couldn’t navigate their way past the Mariners. With this win, Mohun Bagan are now just two points away from the top spot and also have a game in hand.
