Igor Angulo and Alberto Noguera are the two FC Goa foreigners who have been left out due to AFC's four foreigners' rule.

FC Goa have submitted their squad for the upcoming Champions League campaign to the AFC comprising of 28 players. The Gaurs begin their historic maiden voyage into continental club competition on April 14, 2021, when they take on Qatar’s Al-Rayyan.

The team won the AFC Champions League slot this season as a result of their performances in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2019-20 season, where they finished at the top of the points table on the league stage.
