Aurelien Tchouameni plays for the France national football team and the LaLiga giants Real Madrid. He has been an important aspect in the midfield for both his club and country. The 26-year-old is currently representing his nation at the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Tchouameni was born on January 27, 2000, in Rouen, France. He started his footballing journey with the youth side of Bordeaux and later on made his senior club debut with them in 2018. Despite just being a teenager, his presence in the midfield helped him earn more and more opportunities with the first team.

After gradually progressing from every youth level of the France national football team, he made his senior debut in the year 2021. Since then, he has played a major role in the midfield for his nation.

The rise of his career came after his move to the Ligue 1 club AS Monaco during the 2020-21 season. Under manager Niko Kovac, he impressed the world with his performances. Several European clubs were eager to sign him.

In the end, it was the Spanish giants Real Madrid. They signed Aurelien Tchouameni in the summer of 2022.

The midfield sensation has scored three goals for France in his ongoing international career. One of them came at the grandest stage of them all.

Aurelien Tchouameni stepped up and scored the opening goal of the game in the 17th minute. This gave an early advantage to Les Bleus. The Three Lions equalised in the second half, but Olivier Giroud scored the match-winning goal for France.
