AZ Alkmaar vs Juventus - Confirmed starting lineups for UEFA Europa League 2026-27 clash

AZ Alkmaar host Juventus at the AFAS Stadion on Thursday, November 5, in a Matchday 4 fixture of the 2026-27 UEFA Europa League league phase. The Dutch side will look to make home advantage count against a Juve team that has started its European campaign strongly.

Juventus have collected seven points from their opening three matches, recording two wins and a draw. AZ Alkmaar have won two of their three fixtures, leaving both sides with a strong opportunity to improve their position in the league-phase standings.

The fixture also brings together two teams with contrasting European records at home and away. AZ have been difficult to beat on their own ground, while Juventus arrive with an impressive scoring record in this season’s competition.

Players to watch out for

Ro-Zangelo Daal (AZ Alkmaar)

Daal will be one of AZ’s attacking options to watch. His movement from the left side could help the hosts create opportunities against Juventus’ defence.

Nick Woltemade (Juventus)

Woltemade has been among Juventus’ key contributors in the Europa League this season. His ability to operate in the penalty area and link up with the attack could be important for the visitors. Moreover, he brings a goal-threat presence in the box with his height and ability to outmuscle defenders in the air.
