Bayern Munich are all set to lock horns with RB Leipzig for their matchweek 6 contest of the Bundesliga 2026-27 campaign. This clash is all set to take place at the Allianz Arena.
Vincent Kompany’s men have failed to win their last two matches. They were first held to a draw by FC Augsburg before again being forced to settle for a draw in their Champions League outing against Viking FK. Bayern Munich will now be looking to get back to winning ways.
They are going to be at home, and the strong squad quality will be a big addition for the defending German top-division champions.
On the other hand, RB Leipzig have won their last two matches. They first secured a victory against Eintracht Frankfurt and then came out on top against PSV in the UCL. The Martín Demichelis-led side will look to secure another win, but the upcoming contest will be tough.
Die Roten Bullen are going to be the visiting side for their upcoming Bundesliga outing. They will be looking to establish control from the start and must not allow many chances.
Players to Watch
Harry Kane (Bayern Munich)
Harry Kane will be an important aspect of the attacking front for Bayern Munich. He is coming off scoring a brace for the German giants in their 3-3 draw against Viking FK. The English striker will be looking to come up with another top-of-the-line performance and is going to keep the opponent’s defence on the edge.
Brajan Gruda (RB Leipzig)
The 22-year-old is going to be one of the main men in the attacking front for RB Leipzig. He scored the match-winning goal for his side in their Champions League outing against PSV. Brajan Gruda had the most touches (9) in the opposition box, took the joint-most shots (4) and completed the most dribbles (5).
