The club is renowned for it’s scouting, with a large pool of exceptional talent they found and developed, most of them later sold to big Premier League teams.

4. Leandro Trossard: 13 assists

During his time as a player for Brighton & Hove Albion, Trossard recorded 13 assists in the Premier League. The attacker was a reliable force for the Seagulls during his 116 top-flight games from 2019 to 2023.

He was a well-known player for Brighton, where he established himself as one of the best players. This led to a £27 million transfer to Arsenal, where he won the Premier League in 2026.

3. Kaoru Mitoma: 14 assists

It has now been five years since Mitoma joined Brighton from Japanese club Kawasaki Frontale. This transfer was a huge breakthrough for the forward. Even though Mitoma’s statistics aren’t a highlight of his career, the Japanese winger has made a name for himself since he joined the Seagulls.

He has recorded 14 assists in the Premier League, which is the third-highest in the club’s history.

2. Solomon March: 18 assists

Solomon March, better known as Solly March, is second on the list of players with the most assists. Even though March isn’t a Brighton player anymore, he was their stalwart, signed in 2013, going to play for them for 13 years.

In the later years of his Brighton career, March was plagued by injuries and barely played any football in the 25-26 season. Nonetheless, he remains their second highest assist-giver.

1. Pascal Groß: 50 assists

Pascal Groß is the first player in Brighton & Hove Albion’s history to reach the 50-assist mark in the Premier League. The versatile player has been the Seagulls’ mainstay since joining them and continues to be an impactful player.

Throughout his career, Groß has played in several positions, from forward to winger to attacking midfielder, even as defensive midfielder and right-back. Until Danny Welbeck surpassed him in 2025, he was Brighton’s all-time highest goalscorer in the Premier League.
