Myles Lewis-Skelly has been strongly linked with an exit from Arsenal.

Manchester United have been the most strongly linked name as Lewis-Skelly’s possible destination. The Red Devils urgently need reinforcements in midfield, despite the signings of Youri Tielemans and Andrey Santos. Lewis-Skelly will walk straight into Michael Carrick’s starting lineup, while also providing cover to Luke Shaw at left-back.

However, if Enzo Fernandez leaves, likely for Real Madrid, and some younger players like Dario Essugo are loaned out, Lewis-Skelly will likely be one of the first names on Xabi Alonso’s team sheet.

Although Los Blancos have not been in active contact with Lewis-Skelly this season, the Spanish club did make enquiries about the Arsenal youngster last season. Having missed out on Rodri, who joined Barcelona, Real Madrid would be foolish not to look at Lewis-Skelly more seriously.
