Both of the last two outings between these clubs have ended in a draw!
Como 1907 will be locking horns with Venezia for their matchweek 10 contest of the Serie A 2026-27 campaign. The Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is all set to witness this interesting outing.
The Cesc Fàbregas-led side have displayed some top performances in their last four matches. They have secured consecutive wins and will be eager to add more to the tally. Como are coming off a 3-1 victory against Torino FC in their last league outing. They made a strong comeback late in the second half to secure a win.
Lariani are now in fifth place on the points table, and with a win out there, they will surely enter the top four. Como are going to be at home for their next game and it will be a big advantage for them.
On the other hand, Venezia are quite literally struggling at the moment. In their first nine Serie A games of the season, they have won just a single contest and have suffered eight defeats already. At this rate, there is nothing slowing down their relegation at the end of the season.
Davide Nicola’s men are going to be under pressure for their next one and being away from home will be a big disadvantage for them.
Players to watch
Nico Paz (Como)
The Argentine midfielder has been the most consistent player in the squad for Como. He can establish strong control of the midfield and is very capable of scoring goals. Nico Paz doubled the lead for his side in their 3-1 win against Torino. He will once again be deployed in the attacking midfield position, making things tougher for the opponents.
Akor Adams (Venezia)
Akor Adams will be looking to step up his game so that he can help Venezia get back to winning ways. He has scored two goals in nine Serie A appearances this season and will be eager to add more to his tally. The 26-year-old will be deployed as one of the strikers for the team and must not miss out on the chances he will get.
