The team from Pune will meet Sanjoy Sen's Mohun Bagan, who've won four on the trot.

The away team for the day, Mohun Bagan, come into the game in imperious form, having won all four of their league games so far.  Lead by the trio of Jeje Lalpekhlua, Darryl Duffy and Sony Norde, Bagan have already plundered 9 goals. While the defence too has been solid, conceding their only goal in the 1-2 win over Chennai City FC over the weekend.

DSK Shivajians, who will be gearing for their fourth home game in a row, have been on a positive curve after losing their first two games. The side from Pune have accumalated 4 points in games against Chennai City and Churchill Brothers, but they will have to be at their best if they are to get anything out of the game against the title contenders.

Team News

Changes could be expected from both sides, especially the visitors, as the teams play their second game in three days. Mohun Bagan do so after travelling from Chennai. Forwards Balwant Singh and Kean Lewis could possibly get a look in, so can centre back Anas Edathodika.

DSK will have the advantage of staying at home during the period, yet Dave Rogers could decide to make changes to his starting XI. While injuries and suspensions are not a concern for the home team, rotation could see the likes of Holicharan Narzary, Sumeet Passi or Sanju Pradhan make the first XI.

Head-to-Head

While these teams have met each other only twice, both have been enthralling games. In the corresponding fixture, Mohun Bagan had run out comfortable 2-0 winners but in the game at Kolkata, DSK had matched the Mariners at every step as the game finished 3-3.

Man-to-Watch

DSK Shivajians- Lallianzuala Chhangte: One of the biggest talents in Indian football, the wide midfielder became an overnight sensation in India after scoring a brace on debut for the senior Indian National team at the age of 17. The 19-year-old has been a consistent performer for his side during this season's I-League. Though he is yet to trouble the scorers, the youngster has been a constant threat upfront for the Shivajians.

Mohun Bagan- Jeje Lalpekhlua: The 26-year-old striker has been a leader in all his sides over the past couple of years. Jeje has found the back of the net in successive games for Mohun Bagan now and it would not be beyond him to extend the record at the ground he enjoys playing at. The former Pune FC forward has scored regularly at the Balewadi Sports Complex, not only with Pune FC but also with Chennaiyin FC in the ISL.
